Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and Barges88 ("Platform", "We", "Company"), which operates the website and services under the domain barges88.onl.

By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any service provided by Barges88, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not register or continue using the Barges88 platform.

2. Account Security

Barges88 will not be held responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials. All activity that occurs within your account is considered to have been carried out by you, unless proven otherwise and you have reported the matter to us within a reasonable timeframe.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

Barges88 accepts deposits via approved Malaysian digital payment methods only. Currently accepted methods are:

The minimum deposit amount is RM10 per transaction. No maximum deposit limit is set; however, deposits exceeding a certain amount may require additional identity verification. All deposits are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and no additional fees are charged by Barges88 for deposit transactions.

To withdraw winnings, your account must have completed identity verification (KYC) before your first withdrawal request can be processed. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30 per transaction. Withdrawals to local e-wallets are typically processed within 10 minutes of the request being approved. For winnings exceeding RM5,000, additional verification may take up to 24 business hours.

Barges88 only processes withdrawals to an account or e-wallet registered under the same name as your Barges88 account. Withdrawals to third parties are not permitted under any circumstances. This is a protective measure that safeguards you against fraud and unauthorised fund transfers.

4. Bonus & Promotions

Barges88 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time for both new and existing members. Each bonus is subject to specific terms stated on the relevant promotions page. The general terms applicable to all Barges88 bonuses are as follows:

• Rollover Requirement: All bonuses must be rolled over according to the stated multiplier (for example, 20x) before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. Specific rollover requirements are clearly stated in each promotional offer.
• One Bonus Per Promotion: Each promotion may only be claimed once per account, per device, per IP address, per household, and per payment method.

• The outcome of all games is final once confirmed by the Barges88 system. Technical disruptions that cause a game to be interrupted before completion will be resolved in accordance with Barges88's specific policy, based on the state of the game at the time of the disruption.

Users may also close their own account at any time by contacting Barges88 support. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. 8. Liability Limit

Barges88 provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make every effort to ensure the platform operates without interruption, but we make no absolute guarantees regarding the following:
